Parking is located beside the Convention Centre. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces:

Self-parking: $35 CAD/night, with unlimited access
Valet Parking: $49 CAD/night, with unlimited access

Fairmont Banff Springs is pleased to offer complimentary charging for guests’ electric vehicles.

The Concierge Desk is located in the main lobby of the hotel. They will gladly assist you with dinner and activity reservations, transportation and directions to major attractions. Bell Staff are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities, such as cribs and cots, at no extra cost. Turndown service is also available. To place your requests prior to arrival, please email banffsprings@fairmont.com.

Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests (fees apply). For same-day service, please inform Royal Service and have your dry-cleaning or laundry ready for pick up by 8:30 a.m. Delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m. the same day. If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m., delivery will be done the following evening.

The Data Business Centre is Banff’s one-stop print shop, located in the Fairmont Banff Springs Conference Centre. On-site services include Colour & BW Digital Printing, Express Couriers, Finishing, Graphic Design, Large Format Posters, Copy, Scan, Fax, 24/hr Turn Around, Free Internet, and Free Wi-Fi.

We offer two childcare activities including:

• Family Fun Time which runs Sunday to Thursday from 9:00am to 10:00am
• Supervised Kids Programming which runs on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 7:30 (please note: each hour is booked individually)

A local third party provider, Childcare Connection Banff, also offers babysitting services within the Hotel. For enquiries or pricing for this service please email the Concierge.

Pets are permitted in the hotel at a fee of $50.00 CAD, per day, per room, up to a maximum of $100.00 CAD per stay with a maximum of two (2) pets per room. $15 of this fee will be donated to the local Bow Valley SPCA, Canada’s only no-kill, no-cage adoption center.

Pets must be supervised at all times and be on a leash in public places. Pets are not permitted in hotel restaurants or aquatic facilities; dogs are allowed on our outdoor patios. Should a pet’s behavior cause disruption and we are unable to contact the guest after reasonable attempts, the pet will be safely removed from the guest room by hotel staff. For the safety of your pets and the local wildlife, dogs are required to be on-leash in Banff National Park and within the Town of Banff. Pet-sitting services are available if booked 24 hours in advance through our babysitting service provider. Additional charges will apply.

Skis and bikes are not permitted in the guest rooms. Therefore, the hotel is pleased to provide private ski and bike storage, located by the Main Entrance.

Our Resort Experience Fee bundles all of our favourite activities and services into one daily fee, to offer you the best value and experiences Fairmont Banff Springs has to offer. Most areas of the hotel are accessible to those using wheelchairs. Wheelchairs along with other pieces of equipment are available for use during your stay.
