Atticus Garant
After seven years of travelling and immersing himself in numerous cities and countries, Chef Atticus Garant return home to Canada as the Executive Chef of Canada’s Castle in the Rockies, Fairmont Banff Springs. His global approach and two decades of hospitality experience will guide the next chapter of Fairmont Banff Springs’ culinary story.
Ellen Barrow
Ellen leads the conference services team at Fairmont Banff Springs and considers her position and working in the Canadian Rockies her dream job.
Kim Beckett
Kim joined the Fairmont Banff Springs in May 1983, working her way from coordinator to assistant director. Kim graduated from Canadore College and is a certified meeting planner.
Barb Wallace
Banff had always been a dream destination for Barb and in September 1989, it became a reality. Barb has worked in every aspect of conference services since then.
Chris McKay
Chris loves the dynamic opportunity the conference services & catering manager role has given him and looks forward to being part of the growth here at Fairmont Banff Springs.
Dianne Kneale
Dianne started her career at Fairmont Banff Springs in April 1984, where her first role at the hotel was at the golf course. She helped in the creation of the banquets department here.
Laura Gray
Laura started her career at Fairmont Banff Springs in 1988. She loves the people, the scenery, activities and all that the hotel and the area has to offer.
Mike Daigneault
Having organized over 225 weddings and many groups, Mike considers it a dream come true to be able to live in the centre of the Canadian Rockies.
Kerrie-Lynn Carter
Kerrie-Lynn recently joined the Conference Services team as a Wedding Specialist in January of 2024. Having lived in Banff the past 12 years planning events for another hotel company in town she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Julie Pecsi Miller
Julie began her career in Conference Services in 2003. Prior to this, back in 1991 Julie had the opportunity to work as Personal Assistant to the Regional Vice President Resort Development, Mr. Ivor Petrak giving her, her first taste of the Castle in the Rockies.
Brandy Kozlowsky
Brandy graduated from University of Leicester, England, with a Bachelors of Arts in American History and English Literature. October of 2007 was the beginning of her career at Fairmont Banff Springs as a decorations attendant for Christmas at the Castle.
Marie Arseneault
Marie started her career with the Fairmont Banff Springs in 2012 as a front desk agent. After 2 and a half years she moved for a summer season to our Tour Desk, assisting the tour director with bookings as well as managing all dinner reservations, requests and room requirements.
Ian McLean
Ian is a graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management from St. Clair College. He has worked at BSH for 18 years, with previous roles including In-Room Dining, Front Desk, Accounting, and Reservations. He has been part of the Conference Services Team for one year.
Frida Palo
Starting in 2011, Frida has worked her way through several positions including: Housekeeping, Reservations and now currently in her role as Conference Services and Catering Manager. Frida has earned her education with a Bachelor in Secondary Education, Majoring in Biology.
