Chocolate Tasting
A Chocolate Tasting for all ages. In this 30-minute session, the creator of Calgary-based Cochu Chocolatier will share how chocolate is made and host a tutorial on tasting techniques. This will be followed by a sampling of products to tantalize their tastebuds, including solid chocolates, bonbons, and barks.
