Chocolate and Spirit Pairing
A Chocolate and Spirit Pairing event for guests over 18. In this 30-minute masterclass, the creator of Calgary-based Cochu Chocolatier will share how chocolate is made and host a tutorial on tasting techniques. They will be joined by one of Fairmont Banff Springs’ skilled beverage experts for a sampling of solid chocolates, bonbons, and barks; all paired with luxurious beverages.
