Healthy Power Balls
Straight from our kitchens and perfect for your wellness routine!
We’ve asked our Executive Chef – Robert Ash to come to the table (pun intended) with some of his best wellness goodies!
Below you will find his special recipe for Power Balls!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- .5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds
- 3 tbsp. organic dark cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (sub with almond or cashew if needed)


Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients. Wearing gloves or spraying your had with a food pan spray – form the mixture into small balls and place onto a small cookie pan lined with parchment paper
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Once set you can place them in a airtight container or Ziplock bag
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy as you please
