Festive Cocktail Recipe: Jingle Bird
Straight from our festive bar – The Thirsty Reindeer, our mixologists have crafted the perfect holiday cocktails to keep you in the spirit (no pun intended) this festive season.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Appleton 12 Year
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Coconut Pouchong Demerara Syrup*
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Garnish: Pandan Leaf
Preparation
- Combine ingredients and stir over ice
- Garnish with pandan leaf in rocks glass and enjoy!
