Festive Cocktail Recipe: Jingle Bird

Straight from our festive bar – The Thirsty Reindeer, our mixologists have crafted the perfect holiday cocktails to keep you in the spirit (no pun intended) this festive season.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Appleton 12 Year
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Pouchong Demerara Syrup*
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Garnish: Pandan Leaf

Preparation

  • Combine ingredients and stir over ice
  • Garnish with pandan leaf in rocks glass and enjoy!
