• 1.5 Oz Grapefruit Ketel One
• 0.75 Oz Midori
• 0.75 Oz Acid Adjusted Grapefruit Juice
• 0.75 Oz Spent Champagne Syrup

Preparation:

• Shake and double strain into a coupe or a pony glass
• Garnish with grapefruit segment
